Here is Part two.
Back in that time, the underworld was nothing but a huge cave deep in the center of the earth. Aria hated it immediately. Although it was a lot like the small cave on Mount Everest, she still hated it because Tarion was living in it. She was furious at him for killing her parents. As she thought about them, silent tears slipped down her face. Tarion didn’t seem to notice, he was just so happy that he had Aria all to himself.
Tarion started to lead Aria down the hall to her room. Aria was thinking of revenge plans, but then Aria thought about what her father would say about her thinking of revenge and she quickly thought of something she could do to get out of this. She wished to avenge her parents by killing Tarion, and because she was a half Goddess, she knew what happened when you died back then. You would go to this empty world where you just float through the darkness.
Aria started weeping again at the thought of her parents floating around in the darkness with no one there to love them. Then she thought of her father being a God, and remember that he would go back to where he started, up where the Goddess Audrey was. She remember that since she was half God, she would be going up to where the Goddess Audrey was too, and never see here mother again.
Suddenly Tarion stopped. “Well, this is it. Your room.”, said Tarion. She went in and he shut the door for her. She looked around, everything was stone. The wardrobe, the bed, the chair, was stone. Even the bedcovers were stone. “How does Tarion sleep?”, she thought to herself. She thought, “What am I doing here in this room? Why don’t I just go out and get him?”
The it hit her, and idea that was perfect for him. It wasn’t death, it wasn’t even pain. She was thinking about he villagers and what they though happened to people who were bad. They would to go a place called “hell,” she thought it was called.
Suddenly she burst out of her room and ran toward the dining room. Tarion was already sitting at the table. “Ah, you’re here”, said Tarion. “I didn’t know that I was supposed to be here”, said Aria. “Maybe you didn’t hear me say so, you seemed so intent on one thought.”, said Tarion.
Aria did phase one of here plan. She grabbed a steak knife and stabbed herself through the chest. She found herself floating up, she saw the village, Goren. She saw the little cave and her parents dead bodies, but yet she was still going up. She found the part where you couldn’t breath, but still she could breath. She saw a cloud up ahead, and seemed to be heading straight for it.
Suddenly she was on top, and gorgeous buildings were around here. They were all made of the cloud, but still gorgeous. It was so beautiful, I cannot explain how beautiful she saw it as. She quickly ran to my temple, and burst into it.
I saw her fling herself in. Her face was red, and she was breathing quickly. “Goddess Audrey,” she said, very politely although at the same time out of breath. “Tarion has killed both my parents, and… father!” There he was, her father Beach, standing next to me. She ran to give her father a big hug. She quickly curtsied to me and said, “Goddess Audrey, I have had to go and live with Tarion, the evil God of the underworld. He is terribly evil. He killed my parents, and I’m sure that he has done more (for being known as the evil God of the underworld).
“Of course,” I said, “he has helped witches, he had come up here and stolen children for the witches, he as put curses on mortals, and killed them when they have just appeared. He is terribly evil.” I replied. “This is why I think that he should go to the very place that mortals believe that evil ones go to.” she said. “I believe” I said, thinking it over. “That that would be the right thing to do, but the only way my powers would work is if he were up here.”
“Oh, he’ll be up here.”, Aria said. I wondered what she meant. “What makes you so sure?”, I asked her. “Well, he went all the way up Mount Everest to kill both my parents so that he could steal me, so why doesn’t he just come up here to steal me again?” said Aria. “You have a point there.”, I said. “And he is so stupid that he is probably going to come bursting in here and say ’surrender’, and he will only realize his mistake when it is too late.”
Suddenly, the doors to the temple burst open, and Tarion came in yelling “Surrender Aria.” He stopped, clapped his hands to his mouth, looked up at me, and started to run for the door. Quickly I muttered a spell which froze him in his tracks. “ How about this, I will create one little box that will be just like what the mortals call “hell.”” I created the box right next to my chair, and with another spell, moved him into the box and sealed it. I unfroze him and he immediately jumped a foot in the air.
“I must congratulate you Aria, for being so brave in that time of hardship,” I said. Aria looked up at me and told me what she wished for me to do. “I wish that the mortals could have children as well as Gods, and that there was a better way for them to go when they died”, said Aria. “Very well,” I said, “I will do the same thing for babies as I did for Osana. As for dieing, I shall send all the mortals, depending on their personality, into a place where they will see their loved ones. It will be beautiful, wonderful, and never terrifying.”
Aria asked, “May I go back on earth then for the rest of my life?” “I’m sorry,” I said, “but your wish has been wasted. You cannot go back for you have stabbed yourself down there. Unless you wish to trade your last wish for this one, you will have to stay here. Either way I will send Osana up here.” “Thank you so much! I’m glad mother will be up here with me, and I’m not going to trade my wish, for I am helping millions and millions of mortals rather than myself.”, said Aria. “To make things easier, I will make all the mortals forget about ever having adults just appear, I will make them think that it has been going on like this forever.”, I said. Aria said “Thank you.”
And that is the my story. Now you know where you go when you die, and why you are born in the first place. No God is higher or better than you are. Mortals and Gods are the same, some are bad, some are good, yet we are all family. Everyone is at least 50 times removed from you. So really, we are all family, Gods and Goddesses, mortals, plants, animals, everyone is family.
Remember, I wrote this in 6th Grade.
